  • For people to maintain the impact they received, we must feed and shepherd them to maturity (Acts 20:28).
  • We must be deliberate and consistent with our follow up mechanisms. Otherwise, the impact will not last (Acts 20:31).
  • If your impact is rooted in the Lord, it will stand the test of time (Eccl 3:14, Mk 14:9).
  • There are times when our strategies and delivery mechanism change, while still making impact, be sensitive to the leading of God (John 7:1)
  • Deliberate structures should be put in place such as teaching, knowledge transfer, succession plan and documentation of processes and procedures. (2 Timothy 2:2, Hab 2:2).
  • Be true to your calling and be authentic (2 Peter 1:10)
  • You must be deliberate about making lasting impact. You have to move from your comfort zone.
  • Stay close to Christ, maintain your purity as a salt and light, then you can make valuable and lasting impact (Matt 5:13)
  • Integrity and character are key if we are going to make an impact that will last.
  • Always follow up with those you have impacted otherwise they will lose what they have received (Acts 20:29)
  • One of the ways of having a lasting impact is through genuine service and praise to His name (Psalm 146:2).

  • Have a mindset that anywhere you go to or people you meet, you will make a positive impact and live a positive imprint in the sands of life.
  • Do not be discouraged when people distain or undermine your talent/impact, stay focused (Gal 6:9; 2 Thess 3:13).
